WeB4YES

About the project

WeB4YES – Western Balkan Civil Society Organisations for Youth Employment Support is a regional initiative focused on strengthening intersectoral cooperation in order to support unemployed youth in the Western Balkans and come up with innovative solutions for employability and employment. The goal of the initiative is to empower civil society organisations to contribute to addressing unemployment, improving the conditions for youth entrepreneurship through advocating and monitoring at the local, state and regional level.

In order to establish a sustainable platform for a dialogue among civil society organisations, government representatives and the business and academic communities on employment and entrepreneurship policies and to promote an intersectoral approach in these areas, the initiative intends to establish youth employment forums in every participating country. The initiative recognized the most important stakeholders whose work, experience and expertise can help address the challenges currently present in these areas.
