The Institute for Youth Development KULT, with the support of UNDEF, through the UMiD Online initiative, will provide an opportunity for at least 1500 young people from all over BiH to complete the UMiD online training course on a variety of topics, by using information and communication technologies. This initiative aims to provide an opportunity for youth to develop public presentation skills, build a constructive political dialogue with the authorities and affect an increase in the authorities’ responsibility towards youth, all while using the latest trends in online education.
Thus, youth will contribute to positive changes in the society and gain experience in the decision-making process through involvement in the democratic processes. After the course, the trainees will become youth leaders and be the driving force of their local communities.
This initiative aims to:
– increase informedness and knowledge on democracy among 1500 youth from BiH,
– have youth from BiH actively involved in creating and implementing youth policies,
– prompt youth gathering and active participation.
