Subsequent to a successful completion of the training programme, the Institute for Youth Development KULT issues participants with certificates, or confirmations of attending the advanced training course.
Being certified enables persons who are not already civil servants to apply for the position of Youth Officer, provided that they meet all the requirements of civil service agencies.
