9th Session of Committee on Finance and Budget of the Parliamentary Assembly’s House of People

The 9th session of the Committee on Finance and Budget of the Parliamentary Assembly’s House of People of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PSBiH) was held on Tuesday, 13 October 2015.

On the 9th session, the Committee supported the principles of the Proposal of Law on Amendments of the Law on Salaries and Compensations of the Institutions in BiH, made by the House of Representatives of PSBiH.

The Proposal of the Law, which was considered during the first stage of the Committee and that refers to termination of payment of compensations for work in boards of directors and supervisory boards during working hours will be addressed to further parliamentary procedure.

The Committee’s declaration regarding the principles of the Proposal of the Law on Conversion of Swiss Franc Loans into BAM, made by Deputy Mario Karamati?, was postponed until the opinion of the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Directorate for European Integrations is acquired.

During the session of the Committee, the Report on Performing Audit on Topic “Establishing Public Internal Financial Controls (PIFC) in BiH Institutions” was adopted. With this Report, a conclusion was also adopted with which the House of People obliges the Council of Ministers of BiH and the institutions of BiH included in the audit of effect to urgently realise all the recommendations in this Report and notify the House of People and the Office of Auditing of the Institutions in BiH no later than 6 months after adopting this conclusion.
