28th Session of Committee on Finance and Budget of Parliamentary Assembly’s House of Representatives

The 28th session of the Committee on Finance and Budget of the Parliamentary Assembly’s House of Representatives of BiH was held on July 27, 2016. During the 28th session of the Committee on Finance and Budget of the Parliamentary Assembly’s House of Representatives, the principles of the Proposal of the Law on Supplements and Amendments of the Law on Borrowing, Debt and Guarantees of BiH, proposed by the Council of Ministers of BiH were supported.

During the first reading, the Proposal of the Law on Amendments of the Law on Salaries and Compensations in BiH Institutions, proposed by the MP Damir Arnaut, was supported. The conclusion that requires the Council of Ministers of BiH to, by December 31, 2016, place in the parliamentary procedure the new Law on Salaries and Compensations in BiH institutions, which would resolve in a system manner the issue of salaries and compensations in BiH institutions was adopted.

The Committee postponed voicing its opinion about the Proposal of the Law on Supplements and Amendments of the Law on Excises in BiH, the Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Indirect Taxation in BiH and the Proposal of the Law on Supplements and Amendments of the Law on Payments to the Unique Account and Distribution of Income, proposed by the Council of Ministers of BiH. The conclusion requiring the Collegium of the House to extend the deadline of 30 days for delivering the opinion on these legal proposals, as well as to deliver the opinion about the Board of Directors of the Indirect Taxation Administration of BiH about the same topic of BiH as soon as possible was also adopted.

The Information about the Office of Consideration of Appeals from July 8, 2016, was also acknowledged.
