12th Session of Committee on Finance and Budget of the Parliamentary Assembly’s HoR

On the 12^th session of Committee on Finance and Budget of the Parliamentary Assembly’s HoR of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PSBiH), the Proposal of the Law on Salaries and Other Compensations in Institutions of BiH was supported, with two adopted amendments that was suggested by the representative Damir Arnaut. The amendments refer to the lack of possibility to exercise the right to compensation for the managing board members, monitoring and other working bodies from within the jurisdiction of the BiH institutions and employees of BiH institutions, for work in managing, monitoring and other working bodies they perform during working hours. The right to subject compensation will not have the members of managing boards, of monitoring and other working bodies that finance their income from public funds.

In this session, the Committee approved the Budget Draft of the Office for Audit of the Institutions of BiH for 2016, and the Semi-Annual Financial Report of the Office for Audit of the Institutions of BiH for the period until 30 June 2015.
