On October 31, 2014, Educational-Leisure Centre was a host for one of the best BiH PR experts, Una Bejtovi?, who discussed the importance and the contemporary methods of the still unpopular in BiH PR profession, concerning communication and two-way communication in general.
– I have heard many nice things at SPAJALICA on my work. Due to the circumstances, and I suppose the years, I take compliments humbly. People gather because of the positive energy they say I radiate, and it reflects my business life. I have to admit that I have not searched for any of my agency’s clients, they have all asked for me, and that gives a special charm to my job. Unfortunately, today an in-house PR depends on management defining that position. PR is often identified with the person that must ensure the 753 public announcements without a dime spent. PR is a profession that must have a wider picture and build relations and understanding between an institution and all the target publics it communicates to. The point is not in the announcements, but in the message to reach the target public, stated Una Bejtovi? at the “Coffee With…” youth at the Educational-Leisure Centre SPAJALICA.
The “Coffee With…” reached a conclusion that Public Relations profession is not merely a fancy occupation for cute girls and handsome men. PR is a serious occupation that requires hard work and renouncement at no particular place or time. PR is a non-stop job with no work hours, which is something you should keep in mind if you definitely choose to work as a PR.
