Nine new companies and institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina have joined the initiative to uphold human rights in business, reaffirming their commitment to ethical practices and responsible behavior towards employees, partners, and the community.
By signing this Charter, companies and institutions commit to improving their policies and practices in alignment with human rights principles. The Charter represents the shared responsibility of the business sector in preserving the dignity of every individual and fostering a fairer society.
The Charter on Business and Human Rights was signed by: HITstart d.o.o, accounting firm “Start HN” d.o.o, Source d.o.o, Ilijaš Municipality, UNIQUA Insurance d.d. Sarajevo, ProCredit Bank d.d. Sarajevo, JU Center for Culture, Sports and Recreation Ilidža, Equilibrium agency, and Popcorn Recruiters.
Supporting human rights is not only a moral obligation but also a key to sustainable business growth and long-term success. We invite all companies and organizations to join this important initiative and contribute to fostering a better and fairer business climate.

This initiative is being implemented as part of the project “Improving Corporate Responsibility for Human Rights in BiH,” funded by the European Union and implemented by the Institute for Youth Development KULT in partnership with the Commerce Trade and Services Trade Union of BiH and the Association “Dajte nam šansu.”
