We are proud to continue our Job Shadowing program, inspiring and imparting new knowledge to the representatives of the organizations we support!
Today we hosted representatives of the Center for Positive Practice in Breza. This visit gave our guests the chance to meet the Institute’s team, participate in our day-to-day work, and gain insight into our procedures. Job shadowing is a vital process for sharing knowledge and offers a valuable opportunity to share experiences and insights that can improve the work of partner organizations.
“The entire process of building organizational capacity is crucial for our organization, especially since we were just founded last year. The support of the Institute for Youth Development KULT in laying the foundations for the organization is important to us“, said Ilma Omerhodžić, president of the organization.
“The visit to the Institute is very important for us, as we are a young organization, and it’s important for us to build on a solid foundation. The visit was useful, educational, and highly motivating. It also gave us some ideas for improving the work and development of our organization,” added Samira Smailbegović, finance associate.
The Job Shadowing program has proven to be an incredibly valuable learning tool. Representatives of partner organizations report feeling motivated and energized after their visit, which boosts their work moving forward.
Through this program, representatives of other organizations have the chance to gain a deeper understanding of the Institute, seeing firsthand how procedures and regulations are implemented in practice. Programs like this offer an opportunity for collective growth and development, as many partner organizations choose to apply the knowledge they’ve gained, fostering a continuous cycle of positive change.
We would like to thank the “Center of Positive Practice” Breza for today’s visit!
We look forward to hosting more inspiring visits in the future.
