Seven more organizations from across Bosnia and Herzegovina have joined the movement for responsible and ethical business by signing the Charter on Business and Human Rights. This step marks a meaningful contribution to building a fairer, more inclusive, and more sustainable society.

By signing the Charter, these organizations commit to aligning their internal policies and practices with international human rights standards. This is more than symbolic – it reflects a genuine commitment by the business sector to uphold human dignity, equality, and social justice.

The latest signatories include: OD NIKA Management Consulting, Municipality of Kalesija, BiH Employment Agency, Humperia d.o.o. Kalesija, City of Goražde, Anie Sarajevo, and ŠEĆERLOOK Summer Garden from Mostar.

These companies and institutions recognize that respect for human rights is the foundation for long-term success and sustainable growth.

At a time when consumers, partners, and investors increasingly value social responsibility, respecting human rights in business has become a strategic advantage. This initiative clearly demonstrates that ethical business is not only a moral imperative but also a smart business decision.

We invite all interested parties to join this effort by signing the Charter on Business and Human Rights and becoming part of a growing network working to create a more just and responsible business environment: https://s.mladi.org/obrazac_Povelja.

These activities are part of the project “Improving Human Rights Corporate Accountability in BiH,” funded by the European Union and implemented by the Institute for Youth Development KULT, in partnership with the Trade and Services Union of BiH and the association “Dajte nam šansu”.
