A workshop on writing project proposals was held at the United World College in Mostar. The students introduced themselves with writing project proposals, social activism of youth and reasons for unequal social activity of youth in Europe, as well with the reasons for insufficient social activity thanks to the information provided by a representative of the Institute for Youth Development KULT. The students were particularly interested in the topic of youth participation in protests. Some of the project ideas concern precisely the influence on the increase of the social engagement of youth.
The United World College in Mostar was opened in 2006 as one of the United World Colleges that are located all over the world and attended by students from various countries in the world who, after returning to their homelands, will work on their initiatives with the support of the College.
The activities of the Institute for Youth Development KULT were also presented, along with the previous results in the area of youth work. The workshop participants were high school students from 13 countries in the world.
