Youth-focused programs integrating learning about life skills into the formal educational framework are the foundation for peaceful and inclusive societies. One such initiative is “Future 4 YouTH“, implemented by Care International Balkans.
The Institute for Youth Development KULT took part in a regional conference highlighting the importance of empowerment of young individuals in gender equality, promoting healthy lifestyles, and advocating behaviors crucial for fostering a violence-free society.
The “Future 4 YouTH” initiative consists of a series of workshops and activities in youth organizations and clubs, along with street campaigns in local communities. These activities are designed to impart practical knowledge and skills to young people, focusing on areas like violence prevention and health promotion, which are crucial for their mental and physical development.
The initiative also emphasizes the key role of educational institutions, especially schools, in contributing to these transformative processes.
