The Institute for Youth Development KULT is dedicated to empowering civil society organizations and inspiring individuals to drive meaningful, positive change every day.
Today, during the visit from representatives of the “Srce za bližnje” Association, we were once again reminded that knowledge, dedication, and mutual support are powerful forces for growth and progress. The Institute’s employees gave guests a firsthand look at their work in action, highlighting the importance of sharing knowledge with those eager to take steps toward a better future.
“Today was a perfect blend of relaxation and creativity—never dull, always dynamic. At the same time, it was incredibly valuable—we discovered many practical ideas we can apply in the future and know we can turn to the Institute for guidance when the time comes. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the work atmosphere is truly welcoming,” said Amra Hadžić, project coordinator.
“The atmosphere was warm and supportive, and we received a wealth of valuable advice. Today truly helped clarify many things for us. We have previously completed the organizational capacity assessment, but seeing things in practice truly highlights their purpose and importance,” added Dajana Mišković Rizvanović, project coordinator.
Through collaboration, support, and continuous motivation, the Institute for Youth Development KULT empowers civil society organizations to become catalysts for change in their communities.
The Institute’s support goes beyond immediate assistance—it’s an investment in the future, laying the foundation for a better tomorrow. Every step forward presents an opportunity to learn and grow. Through the Job Shadowing concept, civil society organizations can build organizational capacities by learning from real-world examples.
We move forward, motivated by the excitement of the new experiences yet to come.
We extend our gratitude to our guests for their visit today and look forward to future meetings that will guide us toward new achievements.
